We are excited to bring back a Father's Day tradition now at the Terryville Fairgrounds with the help of Chuck Piskonski and the Terryville Lions Club. Saturday overnight camping, Sunday large Swap Meet and All Volkswagen show from 9-3pm.
Directions: Route 6 Scott Road in Terryville, CT. Then two miles to Terryville Fairgrounds, 171 Town Hill Rd.

Lyme-Old Lyme Lions Club Annual Antique Car Show

The 2018 Car show will be held on Saturday, July 28th, as part of the Lyme Midsummer Festival, at The Bee & Thistle Inn, right next door to the Festival. Please arrive by 9am from I-95 Exit 71 to avoid Festival traffic…14 classes shown, People’s Choice. Admission is $5.00 for spectators and $10.00 for show car registration (includes admission for driver and one passenger). The Lions will serve their usual fare, including bacon cheeseburgers, hot dogs, and fries. All proceeds go to Lions charities. This show is open to all VW and German cars. Dash plaques and goody bags to the first 100 cars, event held rain or shine. Directions, I-95 North/South take Exit 65, turn South onto Rt. 153, turn South onto Rt. 1, and turn left onto Seaside Ave. $10 for show cars, $20 swap space, general admission FREE!

Enjoy performances by some of the region’s most talented blues artists, including Frank Breen, Traditional Acoustic Blues; Peter Magrane and the Drive by Blues Band, Upbeat Ragtime & originals; Blues on the Rocks, Genuine Blues; Ramblin’ Dan Stevens and the Fiery Band, Eclectic Fingerstyle Blues, Slide & originals; Jake Kulak and The Lowdown featuring Braiden Sunshine, a collaboration between award winning 17 year old blues Phenom Jake Kulak and finalist on The Voice, Braiden Sunshine; Ryan Hartt and Tom Ferraro, New England Blues super group.
All proceeds benefit the At-Risk Boys Fund at the Community Foundation of Middlesex County.
